Downtown Raleigh Discount Listing Service
How much can I really save?
On a $350,000 condo, compared to an old-fashioned 6% listing firm, you would save $11,255. On a $495,000 house you would save $16,475!
What is this service?
It's a full service listing - just like you would get for 5% or 6% from other firms.
Why discount and why Downtown Raleigh?
We're your neighbors! We live downtown and our office is on Fayetteville Street. We want to help our neighbors and with nearly everything within walking distance, there's no reason not to offer a discount!
What neighborhoods do you consider downtown?
Any of the condo buildings in the DRA districts, plus Cameron Park, Historic Oakwood, Boylan Heights, Thompson-Hunter, Cameron Village, Brooklyn Hill, Historic Glenwood and Mordecai all qualify for this discount!
How much is it?
You pay a flat fee of $395 at the time we list your home. This includes listing your home in the MLS with photos and measurements that you provide and syndicating your home to all the major national and local real estate websites. If you want us to, and it's feasible, we'll do open houses. When your home sells, you'll owe a commission to the agent that represents the buyer and a flat fee of $950 to us for handling your transaction from offer to closing.
